Will I be able to update my registration later?

Once you register, you can update the data at any time. For example, if you add a new service or if you want to tell our customers more about your medical facility, you can add this information whenever you want.

What kind of images should I upload?

When registering, it is best to upload photos of your medical establishment and the services provided through it, as many customers would like to know which establishment to go to. Therefore, we recommend that you upload images that review the services provided by your medical facility. The images taken by the smartphone may fulfill the purpose to give customers a good impression of the facility and services provided.

When will my medical facility be displayed online?

Once you've completed your registration and reviewed from our side, we'll send you an email confirming your account activation and getting started.

What do I get for the commission I pay?

How can I find the commission I will pay for reservations?

After adding your medical facility on keshfiya you will pay a commission for each reservation. This percentage of the commission or financial cost will be agreed upon in the "Convention" phase of the registration process. We will send you an invoice for the commission amount payable at the end of each month.

Should I confirm all my bookings?

You do not need to confirm any of your bookings. When a customer makes a booking for a service provided by you, it is confirmed online immediately. This gives you the convenience of not having to check every request for potential customers.

What happens when a guest cancels a reservation?

When the client cancels the reservation:
In case your company has a cancellation and change policy, it will be applied. If not, we will apply the cancellation and change policy of keshfiya.

How does the customer pay the booking?

When the customer arrives at the facility and the reservation is confirmed, the reservation is paid. We are currently working on offering more options to accept payment from customers, so there may be additional options available when you sign up.

What happens if the customer is not present?

If the customer does not attend, the company will not pay any fees and the keshfiya policy will be applied.
